Binar Group has through its parent company Binar AB acquired KSG i Surte AB.
KSG i Surte AB, with its some 40 employees and 70 MSEK turnover, is a component manufacturer and system supplier to the engineering and offshore industries. Main business is sheet steel forming, welding and machining.
KSG provides both components and systems, and has long worked with companies in the Binar’s metal engineering division.
- KSG is operating in areas with great development potential and will add both expertise and contacts to new groups of customers for the Binar metal engineering division, says Binar’s CEO Ingemar Pettersson. The Binar metal engineering division consists of Nohab Industri AB in Trollhättan Rostfritt och Smide AB in Tranås, Titech system AB in Tidaholm and Arion AB in Hjo.
